Hi, I have thoroughly read and understood your project requirement which is a creation of an android app. This will contain all the desired data arranged and presented in a very friendly and attractive manner for both user as well as admin. From what I have conceptualized according to your requirements, I prefer to use PHP, Javascript, AJAX, MySQL. I am quite versed in using these technologies and have an experience of approx 3 years in them. Not only implementation, but rather planning and design of a project is also a strong hand of mine. As a timeline, I would initiate with dividing the entire project into small yet appropriate deliverables. I will acquire approval of business and technical requirements from your side before beginning to develop. At the end of each deliverable, it will be followed by manual testing. Further, that portion will be sent for approval to you and UAT and bug fixing (if any). If everything falls in line, I will repeat the same procedure for the next deliverable. In the end when all are completed, tested and approved, I will integrate them together and will perform integration testing. The complete module will be sent for your approval and UAT. A final regression testing will be performed from my side to ensure that you get the best. If you have any doubts or seek clarification about the procedure that I will follow, you are most welcome to revert to me.
