214597 paypal return page ipn script

Looking for some help on a solution for having a script (php) run upon the purchase of an item ( have shopping cart method already for purchase, looking for post order process). After pruchase is made, the return url would be used. Wnat php page (or better method) to run inserting the IPN purchase information into a mysql table ( have database already) along with dispalying a page with this information on the screen for the user to print and possiblly an email tha twould go to 2 email addresses.
