PHP/MySQL on need basis

Hi, I have ready made script which I am customizing on a need basis. The most important thing is I need someone who can deliver my requirements to me within a few hours, prefer someone on MSN Messenger or GTalk much of the time. The other thing is I believe in long term work. This project involves editing a single php file which is responsible for generating an XML feed. For someone who knows what they are doing tt shouldn't be more than 1-2 hours work max. Winner will be chosen based on price.
