Rebuild Website Parser

Hello, We are looking for a high quality developer to establish a long term relationship after completing the task below. We have a developed a database at [login to view URL] . The parser that we have been using appears to have broken in part which added and updated information into the building overview page [login to view URL] The parser needs to collect listing information for both rentals and sales as well as keep the building information updated. Building Name Address Neighborhood Website Units Floors Architect Developer Active Apartments for Rent Active Apartments for Sale We ideally would like to rebuild the current PYTHON parser. We are looking to collect data from 1 data source and aggregate (we will provide upon request) and populate the content within specific fields in the building overview . Parser experience a must and examples are welcome in helping us choose a developer. Once this project is complete we have a long list of items we will seek to build asap. I have added a fixed price but am flexible if needed. We are looking to get started on this work asap. Once this job is done we will also be looking to add additional functionality to our website.
