Internet Sharing Windows Application

Seeking highly experienced application developer NOTE: The project has been 80% completed by the previous programmer using C+. You will be required to finish the project using the existing source code. NOTE: The hired candidate that provides successful completion of this project will be retained for several on-going projects with our company. Basically, if you do a good job on on this task you will be guaranteed more jobs of similar nature. APPLICATION FUNCTION: The purpose of this application will be to allow users in different locations to share a specific internet connection. For example: user1 in Miami installed the application on his windows PC. User2 in Chicago can now use user1's internet connection. (similar to a proxy) The application will be sharing DSL connections only. This is the primary function of the software. Additional features includes the ability to change the IP on the DSL modem via telnet and user login functions.
