CGI and Form assistance - Simple Fast Fix

Have three existing CGI scripts which have been installed and are missing something for proper function. One is a form to fill out to receive a file to be downloaded. The other two are autoresponder scripts. One gets installed in CGI-BIN of each domain. The other is PHPlist through Direct Admin's Installatron on my host control panel. I can provide all documentation and original scripts on each. They all work to a point, but I think some little element missing (mostly my knowledge) in each. Guess this will involve a bit of tutoring on your part to explain what I did wrong once you figure it out. Therefore, ability to converse by phone for some things is a plus. Demonstrated experience with internet marketing businesses will take first consideration due to future planned projects. This probably won't take more than an hour but I do need it super fast.
