PHP, TCP/IP - Expert Needed!

Please download the word document for the details about the project i only need experts with previous work of TCP/IP and linux stuff. Note: The project was given to some of my old programmers but he is out of city and is not able to complete on time. i have the few source code and few options are already created you just need to read his source and start adding the things which i have described in the WORD document. As most of the part is done the price must be lower cuz u dont have to work hard on it.
