URGENT: Calling All Kayako Supportsuite Experts!!

Hello Bidders, This project is ONLY for those who have first-hand experience in installing, customizing and setting up the Support Suite from Kayako. A client wants it installed and we had a meeting which resulted in a list of questions about what modifications and customization that is required. The list of requirements is attached. I want someone to go through this and let me know what is available today and can be done and the cost of that customization - which if the client approves - will be the next step in the project. The deliverable: You would put your answers with comments, explanations and customization pricing in the spreadsheet that is attached and send back.
