Convert PHP script to PERL (simple porting job)

I need a short script converted from php to PERL. The entire script is about 300 lines of code in two files. You MUST be VERY comfortable with REGEX (regular expressions) in BOTH php and PERL You must also be 100% comfortable with Mysql. You will aso need to be familiar with bbcode as it is used in PERL ( use HTML::BBCode; ) --> <[login to view URL]~blom/HTML-BBCode-1.02/lib/HTML/[login to view URL]> I also require some simple extensions and additions be made to the script. Nothing particularly difficult. Communication is extremely important with me. I expect regular updates and I always have time to answer questions. I am happy to work with anyone from anywhere. However, please be sure you are VERY comfortable using English if English is NOT your 1st language. Good, fast work will get you more jobs. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The script must run out-of-the-box on any apache based web-server that has PERL installed and should not require any PERL modules be installed. HTML inside the script must be 100% HTML 4.0 transitional compliant using: <[login to view URL]>
