Generate Keywords Button

Using the settings applied in Tab 3, You enter a query into [login to view URL] and below it are Google's recommended (first level) search terms (see attached pictures and video):
For example, you enter shoulder pain, and below it appear the following:
shoulder pain causes
shoulder pain when lifting arm
shoulder pain cancer
shoulder pain trapped nerve
shoulder pain and neck pain
shoulder pain in pregnancy
shoulder pain when breathing
shoulder pain more condition_symptoms
shoulder pain collarbone
shoulder pain in early pregnancy
I want the tool to harvest ALL those results.
Then, the next step is to harvest the second level, thid level, etc (according to number of depth in settings) of results.
The tools will look at each result in turn (see attached PDF) and check the related search terms for THIS keyword.
Let's take 'shoulder pain causes' which is the first recommended search term. At the bottom of the search results, these keywords are displayed:-
shoulder pain symptoms
sudden shoulder pain causes
shoulder blade pain
shoulder pain neck
frozen shoulder pain
treat shoulder pain
shoulder pain 2009
left shoulder pain
The tool will harvest THOSE keywords. For each of the 'first level' keyphrases.
All these results are stored, so there will be approximately 12 - 20 results per original keyword (in this case it was 'shoulder pain'). A total of 10 x 12 to 20 will be returned per original search term.
So... you will have up to 200 final keywords per original search term.
Also, the cost per click must be shown!

The next step, is all these final keywords will be fed into Google's advanced search for an exact Allintitle/Allinurl/Allinanchor query.
Example:
'shoulder pain causes' gives 8,720 results
'shoulder pain when lifting arm' gives 180 results
and so on for all the final (up to 200) keywords.
REMEMBER:
All this data will then be returned in a simple format like a text file, or Excel compatible file.
Using settings in Tab 3, it will return these results

If you have any questions, please ask. This software will be paid for based on results. YOU MUST PROVIDE A PROTOTYPE OR SIMILAR SOFTWARE BEFORE I HIRE YOU. I will test results with as many bidders as possible, and the best one will be chosen and paid accordingly.
The license granted by you will be unlimited, to me personally.
I need a fast turnaround on this project, and as the software is just a web scraping device, it should take no more than a week to build.
Included is the GUI of a similar software, and a video of EXACTLY what I want.
