Looking for fully developed software

I'm looking for fully developed software. If you got something that you've been sitting on (no matter how radical) then let me know. I'm looking to buy useful and/or top quality code/programs. (Just a note: I also develop software (although my strong point is in marketing) so I'm only looking for the more advanced programs that I would'nt be able to build in a couple of days myself). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Everything must work, consist, be exactly as described in any correspondance through this bid without exception and should any or all parts not, I will not be obligated to nor will I pay a dime for any code/thoughts, concepts, ect. without exception. Be careful as to what you claim, suggest, or say. 5) Any code or program must be fully copyrightable and not infringe on any existing copyrights and the coder agrees to assume any liabilty legally or otherwise arrising from violations of any laws, regulations, ect. without exception. ## Platform Windows only please (Coder must specify which OS/Windows the program(s) is compatible with.
