Complete an iPhone app

This is to complete a few open items in the project and then help us submit to app store. Can we show a seperator line after each appointment. *2)? Can we display time slots in AM/PM instead of 24Hr format. 3) Can we make the font size (decrease)? of complaint consistent with Name etc. *4)? If there is no complaint entered it? displays "(null)".Don't display it as "null". \---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|-- New Appointment Screen \---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|-- 1) Make the alignment of text boxs and label as in the figure <[login to view URL],[login to view URL]> 2) Right align the buttons "New" & "Existing" same alignment as "Search" button , see image <[login to view URL],[login to view URL]>. *3)? Is there a way to differentiate between New & Existing button to indicate which button is active - right now both are enabled at all times and so it is hard for user to know whether they are in new or existing patient [login to view URL] be grey out one button when other is selected to indicate which is active. 4) Remove the label "Sex" to save space, just the image is enough - allows aligning the fields 5) Change the labels "Start Time" to "Start" and "End Time" to "End". 6) Change the caption of? "No" buttons instead of "SKIP"? & "DELETE" \---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|- Login Screen \---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|\---|- 1) Make an attractive layout - current one looks very amateurish. 2) First time login, ask for clinic name and clinic id. Store clinic name so that the user does not need to enter the clinic id again; we display the clinic name and we send the clinic id as part of the web service calls from the store ? ## Deliverables Project in its current form is attached
