Complete Remodel of Site

You must pass this test to get the bid... go to our main consumer website [login to view URL] and have a look around. The site is several years old and needs a totally new look. Please do a quick mockup as a Jpeg or any manner you want, to show us how you would remodel the site. All we want to see is the main start page - what would you do differently to bring this site up to date? Please use the images/logos that are already on the site for your work plus any others you want to add. Feel free to go as wild or as tame as you want - we're looking for a design style and ability that will suit our team and our brands.
