Cutom Widgetized Wordpress Theme

Need a WP Theme design that has components that are easily customizable through theme options in the dashboard. User should be able to upload or point to custom header. Need mulitiple page template options. Sidebar / No side bar. Need show/hide page post options. Need custom sidebar widgets that include graphics. I can provide the graphics but need the core components to be very user friendly to customize. Nee for user to choose between 3 different color schemes of same theme. I can provide examples of other themes for core functionality but need someone proficient in deep wordpress theme design. This needs to be custom and copy-writable and not built from other commercial themes such as thesis.
