Enhance existing PHP website

Our sitre, [[login to view URL]][1] needs an overhaul! The first (or many requirements to follow) is as follows: 1. There are now 8 Auction Categories. We would like to use the attached graphics and have the description of the site appear when the mouse is over the button. 2. Graphics can be converted to white background 3. Bring address details below the Copyright bar 4. Make the top bar a solid line, with Contact Us, Services and News only on it. 5. Put header onto a simple graphical background (The intention is to change the logo in teh future!) 6. Suggestions to make site look more modern I would like an initial draft design available early next week, so this bid is putrely to present is with the changes above and the site hosted on your development servers for us to start testing and defining new requirements. ## Deliverables Please be available to start work on this immediately and have something to show is by the close of business Friday. I woudl liek completion of these immediate requirements by early next week with a view to selecting a company to work with on all the future requirements at the end of next week. I will probably select three companies to woirk with on these immediate requirements and then only one company for the future.
