THIS PROJECT IS TO DEVELOP AN INVESTMENT SITE: Our site is not a "HYIP" but will have similar design as far as client log in etc. We are setting up a public registerd investment fund. We need a website to market our offering, and we need a place where our clients can come and view their investment account, and see their profit/loss. we may offer multiple portfolios, and so we may want to group user accounts "group A" "b" or whatever the portfolio name is. we would like a slick look to our site, with general info on the outside, with the offering only available after a usr account is approved. Here is what we are in need of --Database with a website front (password protect site with text inside). a new user can come to the site and get general information, but to find out info about the investment they need to register so they can view the "private area" --Database that can track multiple investments on a percentage basis. we want to be able to edit individual accounts, but also do "global' payments and updates to all users. --A registration area that requires .name. country. address. telephone. all in one. Username/password to be e-mailed after we have checked out client --once inside the "private area" clients will be able to view the prospectus, and if they wish to make an investment they will need to digitally sign and agree to the terms. we would like our clients to be able to "digitally sign" the agrements --We do not want any US customers due to regulations and so we need a U.S. IP block *no U.S. customers* --we would also like to be able to send internal email to our clients, so when they log into the account they can get updates from us. We would like to be able to accept digital currencies, but we do not want this automated, we want all transactions to be manual so we can avoid hacking problems.
