Server Based Rotator Script

I'm in need of a coder to create a server based script, I don't know kind of name to give this script as I haven't ever heard of one before, all I can do is show you a diagram of what I want the script to do. I've heard you coders can create almost anything and I'm just hoping one of youcan get this done for me. ## Deliverables The zip file included contains a diagram of the script I need building.
