Simple website needed - modifying HTML to create a newspaper information website

We are building a website where users can see the front pages of newspapers and magazines. We have the layout of the site designed already, but we need someone to build it for us. We will be using the Issuu platform as the basis for the site. This is a fully built publishing platform that we just need some modifications made to. More about that here: [login to view URL] This is quite a simple brief that shouldn't take too long. We will provide all imagery necessary, as well as all information needed for the modifications.?
