Website additions(repost)

Need some more/new changes made to our code. The website is www. countrymusicislove .com ## Deliverables Buttons: I would like to create an additional CMIL button that reads "ENTER NOW." Please match font to MORE button font and use arrow that is used on more button. Also, when a button is used I would like to be able to say "Click MORE to continue reading" before the button is inserted, but I do not want this text to show up once the more button is clicked and the reader is viewing the actual post page (vs the home page). Need a new form to include: First Name, Last Name, Email address ONLY. Should still ask for CMIL updates. Should include date of contest entry on our end. Our pages have the text off centered and they need to be more centered like the post pages.
