Openmeeting fixes for it.

I'm using open meeting. I need a few changes. I don't think any of this requires coding. I think open meeting offers what I want. Anyway I need to be able to create a meeting. It's there, just not sure how to work it. 2. when user enters (not admin). I need to find out how to send him an invite on the site to a meeting. Again all is offered in openmeeting, but I can't figure out how to work it. 3. I need to hide some stuff. Really remove like 3/4 the stuff on the waiting area when the user logins. Instead just have them wait there not be able to do anything and get that invite. The invite being a ping, flashing color or whatever open meeting offers 4. Change the word room everywhere to Sessions 5. After signing up.I can sign right in, but i can't login say an hour later. 6. I need to put some text on that page, not hte default text they have now. I'll pay $50 for this.
