132850 website conversion to Joomla

I have an existing domain name with a half-customised Joomla template. I need the template customised fully (navigation & layout) for a web-hosting reseller site that incorporates space for Adwords and allows a form that is integrated with a Goldbar account for subscriptions to a newsletter. I would also want to incorporate a free/open source helpdesk software application for customer contacts. Advice is required It also requires some scripts (provided in a .tar folder) that will automate the process of domain purchase/renewal and hosting that will allow the website to integrate with the hosting company I will be reselling for.
