I have a number of Wordpress websites inside a public directory hosted on a shared server. The directory has been repeatedly suspended lately because it has been causing a high load on the server. It is believed the problem may be from a robot causing excessive traffic issues across all the sites. I have a [login to view URL] in the directory and cache scripts on all of the sites but the problem is still persisting and appears to be getting worse. I need some who is familiar with these types of problems to help me reduce the number of requests search crawlers are making on my sites if that is the problem.
