Interspire email marketer Expert or Needed

Hi There, I'm looking for someone with very good knowledge of Interspire Email Marketer to do the following: 1) If necessary reinstall the program 2) set the cron schedule, mail sendout, auto response, etc. 3) Test to make sure everything is workable
