415684 Google Search Result retrieval

I need a simple application created. It should be based on PHP/MySQL since that is what my host supports. I don't think a database will be required for this. It should operate as follows: Show a form with 1 field (text area). I will paste company names (1 per row) into the text area (upto 200 at a time) When I submit the form, I want the application to search for each company name on [login to view URL] and capture the URL of the top search result. The results page should display the results in a two column table. Column 1 is the company name, Column 2 is the top search result URL. I'd like an export function which allows me to export the results shown in a CSV file. I need this done quickly and implemented on space on my hosting company. It should be tested to ensure it works properly and does not time out. If there are any IP blocking issues by Google, I'd like to know that up front. If I'm happy with the results, I will likely offer more projects to the selected provider. Please provide a fixed price estimate. Thanks!
