Work out why this site does so badly in the search engines then fix it.

Site was built in Joomla, and uses SOBI2. It's a big site but Google cannot find a lot ogf the pages or at least its not listing them. Site has been live on the web for over a year, doesnt even rank for its own domain name. there are few keywords that would work for this - we did the keyword research, this company advertises on TV a lot, so really its a case of stopping whatever is preventing google from finding or liking the pages, not a case of keyword research and all that. The winning bid will get full access to Joomla, FTP, PHP, and the control panel including error logs. I need to know whats wrong with it, a timeline to fix and of course a rate. I suspect this is more a settings or mermissions issue than anything else, hence the low maximum bid I expect a Joomla expert, ideally with SOBI2 experience can resolve this..
