Shipping Modules Conflicting Fix

My Free And Calculated shipping modules are conflicting each other. If a product is set for free shipping and a costumer tries to checkout with PayPal while singed into my web store it will still force the calculated shipping rule from the USPS shipping module after you login with PayPal. If i turn off the USPS calculated shipping on the free shipping products then international buyers have no shipping options for that product but the shipping charge for USA stops. This only happens if they checkout with PayPal while logged into my site. [login to view URL] Im using osCommerce Online Merchant v2.3.1 [login to view URL] for the free shipping
