Application to play mp3 songs with encrypting tool

Hi we are looking for someone who can provide us music player which can be used to play the songs which are encrypted and from that player only that songs can be exported into usb enable device like talking teddy bear or mp3 clock. In player there should be option to search the song by the name through soundex option. Concept is customize songs with name of anyone in that song. So total no. of songs can be unlimited like 10000 or 20000. And those songs can be stored either in exe file of the player or we can separately provide that songs in DVD or through usb in encrypted form to save it in their local machine but should not be in readable format and should not be played in any other player only player which we will provide that should be able to play the songs and once user likes the songs it should be extracted tin device which is connected through usb to play in that device.
