Crowdfunding platform with idea management functionality

Look at this [link][2] for overall example. ## Deliverables **We need to hire a programmer to build a website that combines idea management functionality and crowdfunding. This portion is a contest for designing the main functionality of our site. If we pick your design, then we can negotiate about moving forward with more work that we plan to be time based work. Here is the core of what we need to see: -A page where ideas about a certain topic/category can be posted, commented on, ranked, and voted on. The more popular ideas float to the top of the page. -On the same page, there needs to be a "project" tab next to the "idea" tab where people can post projects they would like to get funded. -Do not worry about designing the payment gateway for the crowdfunding functionality--we have a plan for that. We do, however, need to see some way for tracking how much funds have been pledged for a project. -At it's core, we need to see a page where ideas and projects are distinct and yet can be posted and commented on.
