We're having an issue with Interspire Email Marketer. We have a few auto-responders setup that are not working when we import contacts. The first auto-responder set for immediate send works when a contact is manually entered via the "Add Contact' form. If the contact is from an import, the auto-responder does not send. The second auto-responder scheduled for later delivery does not send at all (regardless of subscription method: manual/import). In the logs, Interspire shows the first auto-responder being sent to all subscribers. For contacts that were manually entered, it shows the auto-responder was sent *twice*. The logs show no activity for the second auto-responder regardless of subscribe method. Crons are properly configured and regular campaign sending is working without issue.
