Looking for a Basic Mobile and desktop application

Hi, - Both mobile and desktop app are the same (does the same thing). Right? (To be instsalled at the Doctor's system) - This will require a central server (web host) where the app will send the information and -- the web app will be sending the actual emails - Do you want to store the incoming inputs for later review in a back end area? We do have another suggestion: Better to design this as a web app + mobile (no desktop). The web app back end will allow: - you to add doctor logins (email, passwords) - View submissions by each doctor The web app will also allow doctors to login via web where they can: - Enter a vnw submission (no need enter their email, name - system already knows it) - View their own previous submissions The mobile app will allow the same action as the web front end for the doctor. This design provides the scope for future features (interaction between doctor and you regarding to each submission etc) Let us know and we can discuss and reach at a final quote. thanks, Nirandas
