We need a online video editor tool where users can crop/cut existing videos on our plattform and create new videos. Meaning, if a video is 5 minutes long, the user can create a new video from the uploaded/existing one while stating an start and end time. For example: Start = 00:01:20 (hh:mm:ss) End = 00:01:55 (hh:mm:ss). This tool needs to work on desktop (flash app would be ok) and also on mobile and tablet devices (HTML5). To do this for server side i need php and ffmpeg, this has to be hosted on VPS, not a regular web server.
