simple wordpress plugin to show summarized content/article

the purpose is to have the visitor click an image that the plugin embeds and a small popup shows a 1-5 point summation of the article. this information is all just input from the article writer and serves to help the visitor determine if they are interested in reading the piece. summation box should have a little flexibility to add additional information so a small html box would be nice. the ability to add more images (like small keys for example) so the actual image can be customized to different sites is important. We have many projects on the board and more coming in the next 6 months so please bid accordingly.
