Windows application for timelog and screenshots

Windows Based Application 1. We will install a web or software platform in hosting or a system. (For admin purpose only) 2. Now it will be connect with user login . 3. When user will logged in and click on start time ( the time counter will run and take screenshot of a screen at some intervals) 4. Admin can set different intervals. 5. The application should work on windows and mac operating system ( Windows 7 , vista and 8 , 32 bits and 64bits,MAC) 6. It should record time interval in admin panel of all user like a table ( contating , date , time and days - note etc..) Budget 100$ and should communicate in skype Thanks
