wordpress Programmer Needed

I need a wordpress programmer to Make a Theme for me and to add custom buttons and features to the back office of the theme! This Listing is not for you to make me a website, but for you to make/code/program a custom wordpress theme for me and to add features that I want , so that way, I can make and designed the websites myself from the features that im looking to get made/ programmed/coded! You must have experience in programming wordpress features to the cms office! What Im looking for Is for a theme that I can create mobile websites with! Mobile websites use Tables/cells for buttons and, i would like to add a table button to the wordpress editor, I would also like to be able to customize the table and cells to make them look like buttons , buy adding shadowing/ shading, coloring, and size, also, The Theme can only be one column, , the coloum has to fit in the center of the page! I would also like to be able to choose the background color and possibly customize the background with two colors or fading, etc. If you have the script for when a the site is visited by a mobile device the screen or site is automatically resized for the screen!, if not , i will get someone else to do that, I would like to be a button on the editor to create different shape buttons, that can be customized and liked to a another page! I would like to be able to like to a youtube video as well! Also, i would like for there to be a button on the editor with various "shadow arrow" or "arrows" loaded in a pop up window so that i can select which button i want to put into the cell/button! if it is possible, i would also like if one of the cells, could be a parent to drop down cells, so once the parent cell is pushed , a dropdown of other link/cells/button appear! also, I am working on getting a redirect script for various devices, I would like for there to be a page in the back office, so that i can customize the details for each device, further info about this once we speak! if you have a resizing script, that would be great, if not i can find one and we can go from there!, this post is mostly what im looking for, with a few things to be worked out, , Let me know what you think, also in any reply, put the word "wordpress" in the title, so i know you read it! look at [login to view URL] on your mobile device, you will see alot of links that you can view [login to view URL] if you look at it on you mobile device it fits and if you look at it on your desktop , it doesnt reformat it, but it fits the screen! this is an example of the end result of what im looking for my website to look like!
