Art Site - Integration of Supplier API and Design of Store

I am looking for a coder to implement an API from my main supplier as well as integration of their custom framing API. I am open to working on this in whatever ecommerce platform is easiet for the coder, however, I am currently on Bigcommerce. However, I would move to opencart, magento, wordpress, etc if it make it easier to set up for the coder. I am looking for someone that could code this and make it look good as well. I also am looking to have SEO friendly URLs built based on the datafeed and potentially looking to change some category names, etc.
