Vbulletin Post robot

Im searching for a Freelancer who can code or already have a Post Robot that automatically posts header from a newsgroup. some details that i wish the robot does: -crawl through a specified newsgroup every xy minutes -searches one or more specified keywords -extract parts of the header and group and put them into a post -extract an NFO file (if exists) and puts it into the post -simple selection of the forumid where the post should be generated -select a threadicon (based on forumid) i dont know in which way my wishes are do-able, but i hope someone have the knowledge and will help me getting this beast :) project budget is fixed cause i dont have much money for this project.
