VB.NET Database Application

I want a hierarchical database program coded with VB.Net. Please see the attachment for full details of specs. Here's a short version I would like the database in MSAccess format. Each item in this table will have the following fields: a unique key long integer a title, as text content as text or rich text, up to 64MB. title color, as RGB (to be used later) title bold, as boolean (to be used later) created date modified date priority (integer) user label (short text) children indexes? children sort order? parent index? I would like the items to be hierarchical. That is, each item should be able to maintain a list of other items. These items will be interpreted as children of the item, just like sub-folders within folders. There should be a database user interface form (DUIF) to display and edit the contents of the databases. The form itself will consist of a tree control on the left and a text box on the right. . The tree control on the left will show the contents of the database in hierarchical fashion. The text box on the right will show the content of the item selected in the tree. A right-click popup menu over the tree control is required with these menu items Undo Redo - Rename - Cut Copy Paste - Add Delete - Collapse Expand - Indent Outdent Move Up Move Down - Sort A search form is also required. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, Home, Pro, Windows 2000 Professional .NET framework I assume VB.NET
