Skill routines to interface Visual Basic

I need assistance in creating an interface using skill routines with VB in the Cadence Allegro program.? The initial task would be to create a list of fields in a file per a selection from a Visual BAsic 6 selection box (such as refdes, xy location, Rotation, board side etc.) and then report back to Visual Basic when the task is complete.? This could also be accomplished by simply reading the data back to the VB6 program.
