VBA to edit (format) data on cvs file with excel

I have some cvs files that I import into access and the date on the files are in the "foreign format" "19800101" ""YYYYMMDD" I need a VBA excell function to convert all the dates and stick "/" in between the /month/day/year so the format should be converted into Access (after I edit it with Excel). The function should transform the format for the whole file and be able to read in new(cvs) files (I have 20 of them) So I figure I need a button that would not obsctruct file import. The starting cell will be the same all the time A2 and function should edit all cells 'til "" is encountered. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I use access and excel 2000 - the app must work in these versions.
