VBA/Excel Letter Generator & Database (198986)

I have an Excel/VBA based letter generator and database, and want to make it much more robust.? I need it to be able to filter rows (records) of customers that should have letters printed today, and then print the letters, plus a certificate, and then prepare data for a label printer.? The real complexity is in the sequences of different letters that different customers will receive, at varying intervals. All data inputs are manually imported into one worksheet. Eventually there will be as many as 100 different letters, some subset of which may need printing on any given day; it may be necessary to link to MS Word instead of storing the letters within Excel.? Desirable but not required would be the automated passing of data to the label printer.? The enhancements involve identifying which documents need printing today for which customers;? then printing them; date stamping what was printed today; and date stamping when each customer's next letter printing should occur.? ? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP I want the work to be done in VBA, for use in Excel 2000 and possibly Word 2000.
