Cars advertisement

Hi, I am looking for somebody to build a web site for used cars ads. The site should have the following main functionalities: * Accounts Create/manage an individual accounts to post ad for his car ( limited number of ads). Single user -> single account. The individual account can be created by the user in which he has to supply a mobile number. The account will be pending until the mobile number is verified ( using code sent by SMS). Create/manage a dealer accounts to allow the car dealers to post/manage ads for their cars. The dealer account should allow for multiple users -> single account. One of the users will be the account owner and the rest will be helpers. The dealer account can be created by the user but will only be active after the proper verification by the site admins. * Ads: Add / search by model and location/ list/ details/ picture upload ... etc The database should include a good list of car makes and models with enable and disable flags. The program should auto generate a thumbnails. The Search should be possible by car makes, location ( Country, City ), type of account ( some people may like only to look for dealer ads ) Web Site: Elegant design ( cs style ) but simple and should avoid the excessive use of graphics. User/ Admins log in Users registration Site Admin/ co-admins should be able to post ads on behalve of any account or manage/edit or remove ads. Site admin can add co-admins but co-admins cannot add new co-admins. Most important thing : Thee site will be in Arabic/English so for you as developer you should make sure that all language text should be in seperate files so that I can help in putting the correct statements. And it a special care should be given to the fact that the arabic contest is Right-to-Left (RTL). So when switching to arabic things should be RTL.
