Dear Sir / Madam, I am re-posting this project due to a lot of wasted time from coders that think they can do this project, but they cant. My deadline to choose a coder is 20 days maximum. *** DO NOT WASTE MY TIME AND BID IF: 1. You have not read my requirements document. Please download my full requirements from [login to view URL] 2. You think this is a good opportunity to have a TRY at this project but are not 100% confident you can do it. 3. You are not excellent at BOTH coding and design Also, if you reply with generic sales blurb and do not address my project then your bid will be immediately deleted. My requirements are simple. In a nuthsell, I need somebody to make a complete website solution where I can offer my clients websites which they can update themsleves.
