Create wp theme (and site) from image (only 4 ConradoG)

Hi, I need to create a wp site. It's a site that want to show stock products about security work product (but not is an ecommerce). I have some images that will be use for graphic template (really simple). There are some particular case about products: the users can select a stock product and send their choice via email by a module. Here the users can review their choice (adding or erasing the products). All products must have an image, a descritption and a technical pdf (all this fields can manage by admin). The website must have all the more useful plugin (seo, contact form, newsletter ecc...). Other details after the provider choice. Please, if you not are an expert of wordpress and php programming don't bid for this project. I consider this a simple project, remember this when you'll bid. Thanks
