Custom Website Developed from Set of PSD's

Need a website developed from PSD's, which have already been created. The website will be very similar in functionality to: [login to view URL] The website will be developed in php/MySQL and require a custom admin area (RDBMS and it will probably be best to use a framework, such as CakePHP). Please send examples of custom websites that you have developed (ie: with a php framework or from scratch). Also, if you have any demo admin areas that I can see, please send the details through. Please post a preliminary bid and send me a PM requesting the password for the attached pdf. Once received, I will provide the password for the attached infrastructure plan which will give all the details you need to understand how the site will work.
