I need 4 modifications done in ELGG. ** Note 1: Do NOT apply if you have no previous ELGG experience ** Note 2: Do NOT send lists of projects you have done. Modification 1: Limit the creation of groups to Administrators only Modification 2: Change the 'Tools' menu by removing 'friends' and adding hard-coded links (eg [login to view URL]) Modification 3: Set access/ownership level for all user resources (files/bookmarks/etc.) to "private" by default.
