Escort Directory CMS required

I want a new escort directory CMS site built from scratch and I need it to work similar to this site: [login to view URL] I do not like the look of the above site. I would prefer something that looks more presentable and organised. However, the features of the site that I want included are: - They have paid 'Featured' advertising (consisting of up to 3 columns in some cities, see 'Melbourne') where the first 2 rows are static ads and the third row is rotational advertising (up to an unlimited number of ads). They have girls advertising in multiple cities at once so the functionality needs to include separate static/rotational ads + profile pages for different cities, but having some content on each profile kept to a standard for all profiles. - They have some featured ads selected on a rotational basis from the static ads on the main 'state'/'country' page. See eg. when you click on 'Victoria', there are the Victorian cities listed at the top and just below that there are 5 ads which are selected from the static ads on a rotational basis from the Victorian cities. - They have normal ads below the featured ads within each location. These are rotated at random every time you reload the page. I will need the CMS set up so that the wording that are shown beside the thumbnail images is editable at anytime. - On the profile pages, I need standard entry fields for profile data, ie. age/sex/hair colour etc.. - Ability to add as many images as I like to each profile page, with slideshow capability, ie. image is enlarged when they click on the thubnail (not like the current privategirls site where the images are in full size on the profile page). - Ability to create multple profiles for each girl to reflect the different cities she might be touring in. - Ability to create links to as many countries/cities as I like. - Standard sections for each profile page, ie. 'About Me', 'Special Information for your City', 'Price List', etc. - A contact form at the end of each profile that client's can use to contact the girl directly (this is not on the privategirls website'). - Ability to create multiple main website pages for additional info if required in the future. - An accounting system where I can keep track of paid advertising, ie. account + transactions info + entering, ad dates, invoicing function. See [login to view URL] for some of their functionality. - Ability to send system emails to the girls. - A contact form on the website for the girls to contact me (privategirls doesn't have this at the moment). - SEO functionality, such as adding keywords to each profile page. - Ability for the girls to 'Order' advertising via the website. See: [login to view URL] This is what I can think of at the moment. There may be a few small additions as we progress in the creation of the site.
