Requirements: 1) fully functional web site (including integration with payment gateways,affliate,full admin,google ad,submit/wiew quotes,search with options,RSS feeds,contact,[login to view URL],policy,terms,FAQ,review,charge options,members features....). 2) charset is UTF8 for web/db/admin. 3) usability is important. 4) database is mysql. 5) tabbed layout like youtube. 6) search engine friendly. 7) user friendly interface. 8) customizable template. 9) simple logo. 10) original web design. 11) ip address to country data/function and show simple country specific message[limited area in pages] or changing whole template (with on/off) (It can be searched by [ip address country check] for these functions). 12) customizable budget range from admin backend. 13) changable commissions rate including $0 (free). 14) secure. 15) CSS formated good looking text. 16) server platform is linux. 17) fully tested code. 18) all source code(with graphics files) I would like to see similer works (working site,programs,graphics)before choosing bid.
