Greyhound Racing Scraping with Sales Website

Hi All What i need is a website which can do the following : 1. Scrape data from a website for greyhound racing. Scrape every evening uk greyhound race. Grab the race distance it is running, get all the latest times for each dog in the race for that distance. Calculate the average time for each dog, then add the average time into a database and all data. 2. From the database, calculate which greyhound has the best 2 times for each race based on the average times. 3. Send me an email every day after the scraping is done with : The best 8 dogs of the day based on best average time based on the race it is entered. Also i would require the best 2 dogs in every race on the 2nd part of the email also. The email could be something like (this email is for me) : Best 8 Greyhounds for (Date) best average time difference at the top.
