Lading page and cms

Hi there freelancers, good day to you all! I am looking for somebody reliable who would be able create for me a few landing pages. At the moment I need: a) 1 page like this one, [login to view URL] however with different colour scheme, different logo, but the same structure and similar layout. The site will be set in [login to view URL] colour scheme. This is 4 stage form, test it, put some dummy data. All the data is collected in simple cms. b) probably 3 simple, nearly identically looking, one page landing pages (Squeeze pages), with text (maybe embedded google maps) and simple form and sign-up button - all the date will be also collected in cms. they have at the very bottom - also links to "Privacy", "Terms of service", and "Contact" - I used to have pages build around this template.... [login to view URL] I do not have a working example straight off, without looking for it, but you know what I mean - the top banner, the same look like at the top of my site, then straight text, a couple of pics in the text, google maps to show the location and data collecting sign-up button. c) Single page with a download link I will provide all the illustrations, etc. Ok, again, you're bidding for 4 landing pages and 1 download pages with a link. I need to work with somebody who, apart from being good at what you do, good technical knowledge, MUST be: - enthusiastic, - available (you cannot disappear in the middle of the project for weeks without letting me know) - I cannot cope with looking for somebody to do another project, only because somebody's gone somewhere.... - being available on either gmail chat or skype chat/voice for speedy corrections - able to follow the instructions when listed - you need to be able to "tick" point after point when given feedback. - keen to work long term - I do have much work waiting to do - all for the right person/right people (if you are a small team) - website maintenance, plenty of smaller and larger changes/updates, work on seo, article submition and many more. - (bonus) It would be great if you have knowledge of implementing shopping carts into the existing website. Well, I'm sure I forgot something... please be serious when you bid, otherwise we waste each other's time. Please send me: 1) what you do/what you can do 2) some examples of your previous work, including your landing pages, if you've done any 3) (if you are willing to take a risk and really trust in your own skills), send me a mock-up of the first page (point a above) in my new setting, new colour and layout.... you've got more chances to get this project and opportunity to work with me.
