30$ - Landing Page Design/Modification + 3 Form Submits

I need you to 1) place a border around my existing landing page, 2)create a landing page template based off another page with simply the header, footer, border, and some main body text. 3) The main page which links to the landing page you are putting a border around has a form. THIS STEP IS CRUCIAL. The information submitted in that form must automatically populate into the same form on the next page (but which will send as a separate email to me). This will obviously require you to download the page that will link to the existing landing page off the internet and edit its text accordingly. 4) Add a live chat button to the page that links to the landing page that you are putting a border around. 5) Make the initial form on the linking page you will download submit its information to my email. 6)Make the two forms that are already existing on the landing page you are putting a border around active and allow them to email me their submitted information. If you do not understand these directions, do not bid. Also, I will not consider your bid if it is not $30. This needs to be done in 3 hours or less.
